Our team developed a campaign plan for a TikTok account addressed to the wider public and specifically the youth addressing the food waste, a sub-goal of Sustainable Development Goal 2, Zero Hunger,using graphic design and video as a tool to raise awareness and sensitise people around the issue.
The videos approach the topic by using statistics to raise awareness and real life situations to engage the public to the issue and show the multifaceted aspects of food waste and consumption such as eating th funny fruits or give informational context to food waste in comparison to world hunger statistic. By completing the Tiktok channel with other content ,we hope to create engaging content that changed perceptions and habits of youth.
